VVDI MB BGA tool to calculate key password on W204 207

This post show how to use Xhorse VVDI MB BGA tool to step-by-step calculate key password on W204 W207.

Click "Password Calculation" at the left side.

Key pass calculation step-by-step procedure:

Step 1. Select "Select this if lost all working key", communicate mode as "IR" and Chassis "W172, 204, 207". Warning: this operation should perform on the bench.

Step 2: Click "Data Acquisition" and get attention message shown as below, click "OK" then another message, click "OK" too.

1) Connect device OBD line to cable OBD head on the bench.

2) Connect "IR adapter" to VVDI-MB TOOL before press OK.

3) Processing data acquisition, it will take about 2.5 hours, wait for the acquisition data complete and save the data.

Step 3: Click "Upload Data" to send acquisition data.

Step 4: Press "Query result" to get result.

Get a window message "Success find key password" shown as below.
